    I wish the unit was a little bit longer so it would be easier to hold. Also I only use it on the last 1/3 of my cig as I tried with a whole smoke and it cut it down too much. Also loading is very tight to get the cig into the filter.

    I’ve noticed I do cough less, but still smoke as much as I did. I’m a very heavy smoker unfortunately but I do think it’s causing less damage. Not using my nebulizer as much.
